With a combination of technologies, recipes, cultures and formulations trials and errors, we have managed to replicate a staple food product in Africa called PAP.

PAP, in the most diverse tradition is made from maize meal and is a common place in most dishes throughout great part of Africa. We have developed a PTO Polenta/Tamal/Okara, mixing technologies from soy milk processing, the traditional way of making Tamales in Central America and the best technologies and techniques of making Polenta according to centenary Italian tradition. Doing this, we have dedicated to fortify with vitamins and minerals a product that normally is a good food source to make it an excellent choice. We have also evaluated and experimented in many ways to finally obtain a protocol of manufacturing where we achieve a final presentation with a one year extend shelf life. Watch the video
